How it started
Though Driftwood would not actually become "Driftwood Property Services" for many years, the whole company started because of the passion of one young boy and his lawn mower. The founder began mowing lawns at a young age, eventually branching out into entrepreneurship at the age of 16. Throughout the years, he mowed residential lawns and shoveled sidewalks, building his customer base. He eventually moved into commercial work once he was able to buy the equipment needed for the larger sites. Though he went through many ups and downs over the years, he persisted and perfected his craft. He found a passion in over the road trucking and took a short hiatus from lawn and snow, though, he realized very quickly that trucking just does not give him the satisfaction that lawn and snow do and being away from home was hard. So, finally, Driftwood Property Services was born.
